The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Integrations Lead to spearhead our third-party integration strategy. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can build robust integrations from the ground up while serving as our primary technical liaison with partner companies.

As our first dedicated integrations engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our integration architecture and eventually build and lead a team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain production-ready integrations with major restaurant technology platforms
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for integration partners, working closely with their engineering teams
  • Create scalable integration frameworks and best practices that will support dozens of future integrations
  • Ensure high reliability and performance across all integration touchpoints
  • Document integration specifications and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver key integrations
  • Monitor integration health and quickly resolve any technical issues
  • Eventually hire and lead an integrations team as we scale

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, with significant focus on third-party integrations
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
  • Experience with SQL databases and RESTful API design
  • Proven track record building integrations with restaurant POS systems (Toast, Square, Clover, Shift4, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of OAuth and modern authentication protocols
  • Existing relationships within the restaurant technology ecosystem
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to own projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with external technical teams
  • Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX

Preferred:

  • Experience with Fastify framework
  • Background working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience with order management, reservation, or payment processing systems

The Role

We're seeking an AI Engineer to own and evolve the core intelligence of our voice agents. This is a foundational role where you'll architect the conversational flows, optimize performance, and introduce cutting-edge AI capabilities that directly impact thousands of restaurant interactions daily.

This role demands equal excellence in prompt engineering and software development (50/50 split). We need someone with strong engineering fundamentals who can build robust, scalable systems - not just experiment with prompts. You'll be writing production code that handles millions of conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Design and optimize complex agentic workflows - Build sophisticated multi-step conversational flows with dynamic function calling, state management, and context handling
  • Drive prompt engineering excellence - Develop, test, and iterate on prompts that handle the nuanced complexity of restaurant operations
  • Build evaluation frameworks - Create comprehensive testing suites to measure and improve agent performance across diverse scenarios
  • Implement cutting-edge features - Own the development of advanced capabilities including conversation memory, personalization, and context-aware responses
  • Write production-grade code - Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure to support our AI agents

Required
  • Proven experience with complex agentic systems - You've built production AI agents with multiple tools, functions, and sophisticated state management
  • Deep prompt engineering expertise - Mastery of advanced techniques like few-shot learning, chain-of-thought reasoning, and prompt optimization
  • Strong TypeScript/Node.js proficiency - Ability to implement robust, scalable solutions beyond just prompts
  • Up-to-date AI knowledge - Active engagement with the latest LLM research, tools, and industry developments

You'll be responsible for building intuitive, responsive interfaces that help restaurant owners and managers seamlessly interact with their AI phone system. Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Loman.ai, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, making a strong impression and setting the stage for successful partnerships. Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential target accounts and key decision-makers within the restaurant industry.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in Loman.ai's solutions.
Lead Qualification:
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their fit for Loman.ai's offerings.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Sales Process Support:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system (e.g.,HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and outreach strategies.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings scheduled.

Qualifications:

Experience:
  • 1+ year of experience in a business development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or with restaurant technology is a plus.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a proven track record of success in outbound sales.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
